Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions The Scented Chapter may offer subscription or recurring purchase options on select products. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to be charged at the selected frequency until you cancel.

Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account at thescentedchapter.co and managing your active subscriptions, or
  • Contacting us at hello@thescentedchapter.co with your order details and cancellation request.

To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, please cancel at least 3 business days before your next scheduled renewal date.

Modifications You may pause, skip, or modify your subscription (frequency, quantity, or delivery address) at any time through your account portal. Changes must be made before your next order processes.

Refunds on Subscriptions Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped are subject to our standard [Refund Policy]. We are unable to cancel or refund orders that are already in fulfillment.

Failed Payments If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled automatically.

Price Changes We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
